Senior Administrator – Corporate Applications and Administration

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join an awarding-winning global provider of trust, administration and fiduciary services.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Undertake file reviews and quality check file reviews undertaken by junior members of the team
  • Incorporation and on-boarding of clients and preparation of all ancillary documents e.g. inaugurals
  • Review and process KYC and CDD requirements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Preparation of more complex/technical statutory documents
  • Checking client file reviews undertaken by junior members of the team
