Senior Administrator – Company Secretarial

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a leading provider of private equity and real estate administration solutions.


The purpose of this role is to assist the Company Secretary with the maintenance and corporate governance of the in-house Group companies.  To assist with the co-ordination and arrangement of board meetings, collation of papers, attendance at meetings and drafting of minutes.  To provide support for the maintenance of company records and submission of annual statutory filings within the requisite timeframes.  To provide support, cover and assistance to the Company Secretary in ensuring a high standard of corporate governance for the Group.  All in line with the defined business activities. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with procedures.
