Senior Administrator, Client Review

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join the Client Review team of a leading provider of fund administration and accounting services for private equity, debt, and real estate asset classes.


The main focus of this role is undertaking reviews of all entities administered by the Group, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of planning and timetabling of client reviews to ensure that all entities administered by the Group are reviewed on a risk-based approach
  • Design and implement a responsive quality client review schedule based on a risk-based approach.
  • Work closely with the client facing team, compliance and CDD.
  • Deliver effective quality reviews combined with directional feedback to drive quality and individual competence associated with a high performance mind-set within the team.
