Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join their Family Office Services team, where you will represent one of their key service areas. You will deliver a first class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities and maintain and enhance client relationships on your own portfolio. For the Senior Administrator the candidate will have experience of administering portfolios for UHNW private/family office clients and understanding their needs along with a Table 5 Qualification, studying towards a Table 4 Qualification. In addition, you will have a minimum of 4 years industry administration experience with at least 3 years' experience in running your own portfolio. The Assistant manager should have 6+ years' relevant industry experience along with a Table 4 qualification. Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis is also required.
