Itchyfeet are working on this fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Accountant, Real Estate Funds, to deliver the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients, which may include Company, Trusts, SPVs, fund, unit trust and real estate entities and other complex structures. The successful candidate will hold a recognised accounting qualification ie ACCA or ACA, have at least 1 year's PQE, experience of producing financial statements for a variety of corporate entities within various jurisdictions as well as experience in producing consolidated financial statements to UK GAAP or IFRS and good knowledge and understanding of current industry legislation and regulation and working practices.
