Itchyfeet are working on three new opportunities for Secretaries to provide secretarial / administrative support to a group of designated fee earners within the corporate side of their business. You will arrange meetings, venues and logistics for trips and book travel and accommodation while answering telephones and emails. Duties will also include copy and audio typing, creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, processing monthly fee earner time reports and issuing final bills to clients. The successful candidates will either be school leavers / graduates or individuals with previous relevant experience ideally from working in a legal environment. The candidates will have experience using MS Office applications, good typing speeds and an accuracy and familiarity with the use of CRM systems. Candidates with legal secretarial experience or junior secretaries with 1-2 years' experience in a professional services company, will also be considered.
