Job Description

Assists the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Supervises junior chefs, ensuring consistent quality, portion control and presentation standards. Supports menu planning, stock ordering and cost control. Maintains compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Ensures smooth service during busy periods and helps coordinate workflow across kitchen sections. Trains and mentors kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards and efficient kitchen organisation.
