Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Second Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Role and Responsibilities:
Preparing dishes from the menu together with the Head Chef
Assisting in daily kitchen operations
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Cleaning and properly maintaining kitchen equipment
Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a kitchen
Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP) certificate
Good knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Positive attitude and strong team player
Reliable and well organised.
