Second Chef – Daytime Only
Company: Newdawn Catering Limited
Location: Saint Helier
Salary: £34,944.00 per year
Hours: Full-time, daytime only (no evenings)
Newdawn Catering Limited operates a busy, quality-focused café/coffee shop in Saint Helier. We’re looking for a Second Chef to support our Head Chef and help deliver fresh, consistent food in a relaxed café setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Help with stock control, ordering and checking deliveries
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff
