Job Description
We are looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team at Liberation Station.
The role will be approx 25 hours per week, with the option for more for the right candidate.
Some responsibilities include:
- Handling general enquiries on Bus and Tourism.
- Maintain the LibertyBus customer card holder database in line with GDPR.
- Ensure LibertyBus complaints are dealt with as per our complaint handling procedure.
- Monitor LibertyBus social media pages, ensuring the correct information is displayed and responding to enquiries.
- Cashing up.
- Sell and issue tickets and passes.
- Responsible for LibertyBus lost property.
