• £16 per hour (depending on experience)
• Subsidised accommodation available
• 30–48 hours per week, averaged over the month
• Weekend work included, with at least one day off per week—usually two
• A range of staff benefits across the resort
• At least one year of experience in a catering environment
• A friendly, approachable manner
• A commitment to doing things properly—no shortcuts on quality or safety
• Strong timekeeping and reliability
