Job Description
Sales Supervisor required to work as part of a team in Fig and Willow Gift Shop.
Main responsibilities include;
- Opening and Closing Store - opening till and closing / reconciling till at the end of each day
- Management of Sales assistant and temporary staff
- Customer Service - Greeting and assisting customers
- Processing sales on Epos till and taking payment - requires good attention to detail and accuracy
- Replenishment - Collecting replacement stock from stock rooms, pricing stock and re-display - requires good level of fitness as stock rooms are on floors 2 and 3 with stair access only.
- Order receipt - checking off stock on receipt - requires good attention and accuracy.
