Our client, a provider of administration and compliance services for funds, corporate, capital markets and private clients is looking to hire a Sales Development Manager who would be based in London to drive the generation of new business and increase revenue for our capital markets business with a core focus on the UK & European market. You will generate lead volume & velocity for senior service line field sales teams focusing solely & consistently on prospecting for new business. Some responsibilities will include gathering information about the potential customer, hearing feedback directly on the market, ensuring leads are created in the right industries, double the lead generation output and level-up sales qualification skills, securing new sales qualified leads for new clients and identify potential introducers and referral partners. The successful candidate will adhere to high compliance standards and have expert knowledge of KYC/AML.You will have a university degree preferably in law, business, economics or accounting. Experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven professional and successful experience of working with debt funds, banks and law firms focusing on banking and finance, restructuring and debt capital markets (non-negotiable) with a strong understanding of how banks are structured in respect of the private debt market.
