Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• To ensure that customers are met with a friendly and helpful manner at all times
• To approach every customer and establish their needs
• To acknowledge waiting customers, even if you are serving someone else – make eye contact, let them know they have been seen
• To advise customers on the art collection and jewellery and watch product ranges, prices, availability of stock, and sizes
• To be familiar with our customer order, refund, and exchange policy so that customers can be advised when necessary
• To smile and thank customers for shopping with Infiniti
• To ensure that you are punctual for work
• To dress in accordance with required company standards
• You are entitled to a one hour or two 30 minute unpaid breaks for each full day worked (depending on the needs of the business)
