Sales Assistant - Cardfactory (39hrs) at Sandpiper Group

• Provide the customer with an up to date knowledge of products and services;
• Use of tills and other equipment most accurately and efficiently;
• Be knowledgeable and confident about all Card Factory products;
• Adhering to the Company Cash Handling Policy, process transactions through the till accurately;
• Ensure stands and shelves are stocked with products and faced appropriately;
• Obtain products for customers which may be out of their reach on the shop floor, working in line with Company Health and Safety guidelines;
• Price stock correctly and merchandise products in line with Company guidelines and legal requirements;
• Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside of the store’s normal opening hours;
• Handle customer complaints and route their needs to the appropriate personnel;
