The Role: As Sales and business development Manager, you will be responsible for the showroom’s overall performance, client engagement, and team leadership. This role requires a commercially astute professional with outstanding networking skills and a proactive approach to building relationships, developing partnerships, and hosting high-profile events that elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development – Drive sales performance, exceed targets, and develop strategies to enhance revenue and client engagement.
• Client Relationship Management & Networking – Cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and HNWI clients, leveraging your networking skills to expand our client base.
• Exclusive Event Hosting – Plan and host bespoke client events, private viewings, and brand collaborations to elevate the Catherine Best profile and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards – Ensure an impeccable in-store experience, maintaining luxurious aesthetics and brand alignment.
• Operational & Stock Management – Oversee inventory control, store administration, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
About You:

• A proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within fine jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.

• A passion for event hosting, creating unforgettable client experiences through exclusive in-store and off-site events.
• A strong sales-driven mindset, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to exceed sales targets.
