Job Description

40 hrs per week. 9.00am to 5.30pm with 30
minutes unpaid lunch break.
Role responsibility:
• Ordering and sourcing of new vehicles
• Monitoring and maintaining the progress of pipeline vehicles
• Use of Kerridge/Autoline, Microsoft, Excel and Word
• Raising invoices and registering vehicles
• Complete administrative tasks for Jersey and Guernsey
• Maintain Sales KPI reports
• Co-ordinating tasks with the central back-office team
• Answering e-mails, scanning, and answering telephone queries
• Working closely with the Administration department across the Group
• Liaising with suppliers
• Keeping up to date with Manufacture requirements and support bulletins
• Reconciling supplier accounts and raising queries where necessary
• Sales debtor queries
Previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial, as well as having a desire to
