Risk and Control Manager CIIOM at HSBC Bank

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Risk and Control Manager, CIIOM.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Experience working in relevant environments (i.e. Risk, Transformation, Governance and Regulatory Reporting)
Experience working in relevant markets/context (i.e. CIIOM and Wealth and Personal Banking)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
Strong stakeholder engagement.
Experience contributing to the implementation and monitoring of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
