A wonderful new opportunity has arisen for a Reward and Benefits Administrator to join our client's team to prepare and process their company payroll alongside the Reward and Benefits Officer. You will be responsible for the onboarding of employees and advising and coaching Line Managers with performance or employee relation matters where required whilst assisting with other day-to-day matters for the department, coupled with delivery of group wide initiatives and objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' Payroll administration experience within a professional services environment, a working understanding of employment and data protection legislation / regulations and HR data analysis and reporting experience. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified / part qualified with experience working on the recruitment and onboarding end-to-end process.
