A global provider of insurance and pension services is looking for a Retirement and Savings Team Lead to join their growing team.
Your primary duties will include effectively and efficiently authorising and approving all types of critical transaction inputting on in-house administration systems, controlling work flows of varying complexity, supervising, managing and coaching team members and working in collaboration with the wider company's teams.
We are keen to hear from organised applicants with at least 3 years' experience in a financial services environment and ideally with a practical knowledge of life assurance products. You will have proven experience of directing/mentoring other staff and working in a team environment, as well as good academic qualifications, including a Certificate in Insurance.
