Retail Trainer at Voisins Department Store

The role is key to delivering the company’s strategic aim to upskill our employees and add value to the products and services that we sell. The role relates mainly to those staff members who are focused on the sales floor and reporting indirectly to the Store Manager; however the role is also responsible for ensuring that all employees are educated in the company’s Vision and Mission, and communicating the Voisins culture.

The role supports the Store Manager in the learning and development function of the business.

Your working pattern will be 30 to 37.5 hours per week, over 6 days. Please state your availability in your cover letter.

Salary banding - £50k to £55k.
