Job Description

Jewellery Sales and Admin Assistant. We are ideally looking for 25-30 hours a week but this is open to negotiation, flexible working hours (9-5:30/Mon-Sat)

We are looking for someone with Supervisor or above retail experience (2 years) as this role will include admin support and stock management for the business. Full training will be given, however great computer literacy skills are required. Previous experience in an admin role is an advantage. Confident in following instructions and using own initiative. A keen eye for detail and using problem solving skills.

Job role includes but isn't limited to;
Customer Service
General shop standards (keeping shop clean/tidy, following policies)
Displaying jewellery in shop windows
Replying to customer queries in person, via email or phone call
Inputting stock for deliveries
BOH Admin - petty cash, rotas, sales reports
