Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Verify and post invoices and credit notes.
• Ensure paperwork for stock takes is processed on time.
• Assist during stock takes to resolve discrepancies.
Skills and Experience:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable liaising with site teams and Head Office.
• Able to handle sensitive data confidentially and solve problems independently.
• Understanding of retail operations and invoicing practices.
• Flexible to support multiple sites and out-of-hours stock takes.
