RESTAURANT MANAGER at The Lookout Beach Cafe

THE LOOKOUT IS A UNIQUE LITTLE PLACE LOOKING FOR AN EQUALLY UNIQUE and AMAZING NEW MANAGER!
Are you:
An experienced hands-on Supervisor/Manager
Able to run all the front of house aspects of a busy, beach-side restaurant and cafe.
Looking for a small friendly team and a relaxed and happy working environment.
Do you:
Smile a lot and genuinely like people
Enjoy all aspects of hospitality from Barista and Bar to Service
Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in a hospitality supervisory / management role
Thrive on hard work, have a passion for great food and hospitality and enjoy a sense of autonomy.
We are a team of 18+ in high season and 6 in low season.
Terms flexible and negotiable. Oct, Nov or Jan start
40 to 50 hrs a week. £15 per hour + excellent tips, 29 days holiday (incl Bank hols) food while on duty, subsidised staff accomodation available.
