Restaurant Manager at The Bear Ltd

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Bear.

You will have:

-A genuine love of food and beverage
-The ability to lead and motivate a team

Key responsibilities:

-Lead the FOH team throughout service
-Maintain high service, presentation and cleanliness standards
-Build strong relationships with the kitchen team
-Train and develop new and existing staff
-Handle customer enquiries, bookings and events
-Support the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential, with a desire to progress. Management experience is desirable.

On-island applicants preferred. 5 years’ residency is NOT required.
