Traditional, with the newly established ‘Coast Bar and Bistro’ in the front of the hotel, consisting of 82 bedrooms and function space for up to 150 guests, outdoor heated pool and a yoga room, The Ommaroo Hotel has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager.

As?Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and work alongside the entire FandB team. We are looking for a customer focused person who has traditional hospitality values as well as a modern approach to working in hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of two restaurants, one bar and a function room.
