Restaurant Manager at Hotel De Normandie

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hotel De Normandie in Jersey. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, leading and training staff, maintaining high service standards, stock control, rota planning, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Accommodation can be provided if required.
