Restaurant Assistant Manager at El Tico Beach Cantina

The ideal candidate will be charismatic, well presented and hands on. They will have at least two years previous experience working at supervisory or management level within a high volume restaurant operation. The successful applicant will be an important part of our team, have a passion for the industry, speak fluent English, and above all “love what they do”.

In addition to running shifts brilliantly, the role involves the responsibility of a team of up to 50 full and part time staff and will therefore involve :-
• Delegation of roles on shift as well as training, development and motivation of front of house team;
• Roster and labour management as well as weekly wage preparation;
• Stock management and ordering;
• Cashing up and till management; knowledge of Stocklink system would be useful but not essential as training will be given;
• Office administration
