We have a great new opportunity for a Resourcing Officer to join an established corporate services company.
Key duties will include:
- Ability to attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other channels
- Dealing with all aspects of recruitment and selection, including interviewing where necessary
- Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers
- Liaise with recruitment agencies in promoting the business and in setting up of recruitment interviews
- Manage recruitment correspondence such as replying to candidates, calling candidates to interview or declining applications
