Lead the Rentals Department, managing residential portfolios and ensuring efficient lettings, renewals, compliance, and property management. Oversee team workflow, performance, and reporting, while building strong landlord relationships and handling escalations. Ensure adherence to housing regulations, manage finances, and coordinate with Sales on new stock handovers. Support maintenance, HR processes, and authorise key tenancy decisions.
