The role of the Relationship Manager Administration Assistant is a key role supporting a team of Relationship Managers and providing an outstanding customer experience to HSBCs customers. You will be tasked with providing a high quality of service to customers through efficient customer contact and a variety of admin duties.

In this role, you will:

  • Work alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen customer relationships through quality interactions and query resolution
  • Support Relationship Managers with the administration of a range of wealth management solutions
  • Build and retain a strong knowledge of the relationship Managers portfolio of clients
  • Have the opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and supportive Wealth distribution team
  • Become knowledgeable about HSBC’s Premier and Expat banking propositions and be able to assist with offering customers best in class solutions
