Regulatory Reporting Fund Administrator

This role will support client facing teams with FATCA/CRS and other regulatory queries/updates and to become a subject matter expert on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to procedures and processes; dealing with registrations with the IRS and country specific portals; prepare and submit FATCA and CRS reporting; maintenance of internal databases; sense-check and sign off of investor classifications.  Training will be provided.
Candidate will be quick to learn new systems; have proven experience in the investment fund industry in the field of middle office, reporting or product control; excellent relationship and interpersonal skills; previous regulatory experience preferred, but not essential; sound technical financial services knowledge; IT and spreadsheet skills essential.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
