Registry Operations Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Registry Operations Manager for a permanent role, working 35 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic Registry Operations Team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the operations of registry services. As the trusted manager, you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of registry processes, driving innovation and enhancing customer experience. Job Duties: 

  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of registry professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of registry operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices while optimising processes to enhance service delivery and improve Service Level Agreements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the registry strategy, aligning operational goals with objectives and adapting to changing regulatory landscapes.
  • Champion the use of technology to improve registry services, enhancing digital access and streamlining workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Registry stakeholders, including colleagues, government bodies, and clients of the Registry.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance skills and knowledge, supporting their career progression.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and security of registry data, addressing discrepancies and developing corrective actions as needed.
