Registry Officer

The successful candidate will report to the Registry Manager and be part of a team of Registry Assistants in a large organisation.
You will be the first point of contact and representative for the business.
The role comprises:
- Ensuring the business is compliant in line with the service level agreement with the industry
- Maintaining up to date records in the registers following the appropriate procedures
- Accurate screening of the applications and timely escalation of the risks identified
- High quality customer service
- Have the ability to accurately process high volumes of applications and queries
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred but not essential
