Registered Nurse - Silver Springs at LV Group

Silver Springs Care Home are looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Reporting into the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the care providing by our Health Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care
- To provide, manage and direct high-quality care
- Adhere to high standards of clinical and non-clinical practice
- Undertake and be responsible for tasks relating to medication administration
