The successful candidate must hold RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for HandSC or Level 3 (with a view to commence Level 5) with a minimum of 2yrs experience in HandSC.

Statutory responsible for maintaining the compliance of Jersey Law in respect of registration requirements.
Ensure UK minimum standards are maintained within Services in line with JCC requirements. Providing appropriate care and support at all times.
Person centred planning, rota management, budgets, development and supervision of support staff/Team Leaders etc.

The post it 40hrs p/w and requires on call duties on a rotational basis Mon to Sun, which are paid in addition to the salary.
