Lead our home care service, delivering safe, person-centred support in line with Jersey Care Commission standards. Oversee assessments and care plans, safeguarding, recruitment, staff supervision and training, rotas, quality checks, complaints and regulatory notifications. Build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals.

You’ll need home care leadership experience and to meet the requirements for registration as a manager with the Jersey Care Commission. You must hold a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or equivalent), or a relevant Level 3 Diploma or professional qualification and complete Level 5 within three years of registration. Appointment is subject to required checks and registration.
