You would need experience working as a Registered Manager holding a RQF Level 5 or hold a Level 3 with experience in management and be willing to work towards a level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
You would be responsible for leading our team, overseeing performance, while promoting a positive workforce. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring 121 Care continues to deliver a high-quality, person-centred care In line with current Standards as laid out by the Jersey Care Commission.
