Refuse Collector at Parish of St Helier

We have a vacancy for a colleague to join our Refuse Team as a Refuse Collector. In this role, you will collect waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties, helping to keep the environment clean, safe, and pleasant for the community.

You will work as part of a small, supportive team, operating across different local areas on a rota throughout the week.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Be active and comfortable spending most of the working day on your feet.
Have a good level of physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and moving bins and sacks.
Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
