Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We have a new role available for a Recruitment Specialist to join a local regulatory body.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Delivering an end-to-end recruitment experience – from identifying the needs, designing the recruitment campaigns, advertising, sourcing, arranging interviews and managing the candidate experience
  • Coaching and supporting hiring managers to be able to deliver recruitment with the focus on positive candidate experience
  • Providing first point of contact for all recruitment related queries and build strong relationship with internal leaders and external agencies
  • Deploying a people centric approach to the recruitment journey which strengthens our employer brand
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to ensure our approach to recruiting people is progressive and competitive in the marketplace
