As a result of expansion and organic growth, we are seeking to recruit a consultant to join our Jersey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services in Jersey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of clients and candidates. The main requirement of the job will be dealing with a range of clients who are HR professionals and senior management who require staff for junior up to mid-management level vacancies. You will also be dealing with job seekers looking for their next or new career move. We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
AP Personnel forms an important part of our international AP Group of companies and network, this is a pro-active, relationship-driven role that requires a high degree of motivation, customer service / sales skills. To be eligible for this role you must have the desire to work in a confidential people driven environment and enjoy sales.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but training will offered to impressive candidates with transferrable skills and the right attitude. The role is a sales driven one so applicants must have the desire and be self motivated and enjoy dealing with people on a confidential basis.
