Recruitment Administrator

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a leading provider of assurance, tax and advisory services.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Advertising and closing vacancies on all advertising avenues other than recruitment agencies
  • Helping to organise recruitment events such as local careers fairs and virtual events
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and recruitment team/hiring managers for all Lines of Service
  • Ensuring all steps on the onboarding spreadsheet are completed and kept updated in a timely manner, at each stage of a candidate's onboarding journey
  • Staying up to date with applications and actions on/from the screening provider, and that all new joiners are input into the system ahead of their start date
