Recruitment Administrator

Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a reputable accountancy firm.


Key duties will include:

  • Advertising and closing vacancies on all advertising avenues other than recruitment agencies e.g. PwC website, states websites ( &, University Portals,, ACCA, ICAEW
  • Helping to organise recruitment events such as local careers fairs and virtual events
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and recruitment team/hiring managers for all Lines of Service
  • Ensuring all steps on the onboarding spreadsheet are completed and kept updated in a timely manner, at each stage of a candidate's onboarding journey
  • Staying up to date with applications and actions on/from Experian, our screening provider, and that all new joiners are input into Experian ahead of their start date
