Job Description

Great opportunity to work on restructuring and forensic assignments with Senior Associates providing support on portfolio of cases carrying out take-on process as supervised, including collecting CDD and completing internal client on boarding procedures; help with projects; keeping records up to date; undertaking general case work to implement good procedures; understand stakeholder requirements; meet and communication with clients; review books and records; research basic company information; build working relationships; develop accounting, compliance and company secretarial knowledge; prepare and file statutory documents; assist in departmental billing; process invoices and prepare payment vouchers for approval; record creditor claims; assist with distribution payments by completing checklists, preparing payments and liaising with banks; prepare final meeting paperwork; archiving of client files; maybe some marketing work.
If a school leaver, the successful candidate will have 112 UCAS points or equivalent / Graduate: Degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent; willing and able to undertake a relevant accounting professional qualification; desirably some previous recovery experience.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
