Our client is seeking a Records Assistant, Trade Marks to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The exciting support role is within a team responsible for the preparation, filing and administration of trade marks for company clients. Duties will include creating, updating and maintaining trade mark records, sending renewal reminders providing general administration support, opening files, inputting information on to a computer database and updating existing records. The successful candidate will ensure that tasks are managed effectively whilst maintaining a high quality day-to-day service, high level of attention to detail and fantastic teamwork and client service skills.
