Job Description

Our client is seeking a Supervisor, Reconciliation Oversight to provide efficient, accurate, and timely reconciliation and investigation services across various business lines. This full-time role includes supporting ongoing and new projects while ensuring that all reconciliations are carried out in accordance with established control, risk management environments, and regulatory requirements. Job Duties:

  • Provide reconciliation technical expertise to the team, business lines, and overseas operations.
  • Undertake process sampling and quality assurance on outsourced reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure all reconciliation and investigation activities are completed according to documented procedures.
  • Perform complex investigations and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, standards, policies, guidelines, and tools to ensure compliance with bank standards and regulatory initiatives.
  • Ensure that reconciliation and investigation procedures are regularly reviewed and integrated into team workflows.
  • Produce relevant performance metrics for management where required.
  • Monitor receipt of statements and manage related queries and mailboxes.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting reconciliation and investigation activities within a high-volume business.
  • A detailed and practical understanding of securities, banking, and treasury products.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation requirements, including risk factors and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Banking or securities qualifications are desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Intellisuite System is desirable.
  • Awareness of market regulations and legislative developments is desirable.
