Job Description

This role involves greeting and welcoming guests; answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls; arranging travel, accommodation and taxis; ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials including pens, forms and brochures; provide basic and accurate information in-person and via telephone or email; receiving, sorting and distributing mail and deliveries; maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access including keeping logbook for visitors and issuing visitors security passes; ordering stationary supplies and keeping inventory of stock; updating calendars and scheduling meetings .
Candidate will have GCSE in English Language; preferably reception and office experience; high level of accuracy with good attention to detail; good time management and ability to prioritise workloads; organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting and demanding deadlines; clear telephone manner; flexible; team player; ‘Can do’ attitude; motivated; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined; results driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
