Receptionist

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading provider in private equity and real estate administration solutions.

 

The main focus of this role is to manage the reception on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

 

Some of the key tasks include:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the reception.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls to group numbers.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials including pens, forms and brochures.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via telephone or email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
