Itchyfeet are working on a fantastic new opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading employer, on a permanent full-time basis, working 8-4.30pm. Within this varied and busy role you will manage the St Helier based reception on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office as well as including co-ordination of reception activities, distribution of inbound and outbound mail and redirecting telephone calls that are received on a group number. This role would suit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with previous reception and office experience. The successful candidate will have previous office and reception experience with a 'can do' attitude and 'hands on' approach.
