Job Description

This is a vital front of house role providing excellent and courteous service to the team and to visitors.  Postholder will handle overflow phone calls; sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers; issue visitor passes; prepare meeting rooms and ensure adequate catering, equipment and sanitisation; assist with archive and retrieval; primary contact for office stationery and collating orders; making travel and hotel arrangements; acting as contact for food orders for internal meetings and training events; assisting with events preparation; maintaining supplies for events; organising photographer and managing photo shoots.
Requirements are at least 2 years previous experience in office environment; good communication, organisational and listening skills; pro-active and highly resourceful; ability to respond effectively to changing priorities; professional appearance and manner;general competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and O365.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
